Back around...

Sorry I haven't been around guys and gals. Way too much going on in real-life. :) Anywho, I'm going to try to come here again regularly since I did create this network. Ha.

Back from NY

Got back last night about 10:30pm. Let me tell you, I was not ready to greet that Florida humidity. Ugh.

Anyway, I had a great time in New York, loved hanging out with my family. My Aunt Linda and my Aunt Kyle really are awesome. Pics in the next day or two.

NYC gave me a rash

So, after venturing into the city (mid-town mostly), I woke up today and discovered a rash on both upper arms. Don't know what the hell caused it, but it's weird.

Other than that, I had a great time yesterday in NYC. The NYPD Museum was ok, not as good as I expected actually. I prefer the American Police Museum in Titusville, FL oddly enough. It's much bigger and has more information and what have you.

I did get to visit Ground Zero, such as it is presently. Having never been th…

Going on a jetplane...

I'm flying out to NY for the weekend (Fri-Mon) after work on Thursday. Just going to mostly relax, see family and friends and just be in the state that I love more than any other. :)

If anyone lives up in the… Continue

Shannon--We're only planning to be at one con this year--and even then, we might dodge it, considering there's a Rush concert that weekend and my husband's a huge Rush fan:) We probably will go to the con at least one day, because one of our friend's wrote an off-off-broadway superheroine tap-dancing musical which will be performed after the con and how many times in your life can you say you've actually seen a superheroine tap-dancing musical?! (Why am I picturing that "No Rain" video with the kid in the bumblebee outfit?)

Yes...but I will say that I'm working on 5 distinct pitches simultaneous. 2 are emerging as both the strongest and not conicidentally, my favorites. I think (cross fingers) that i have 2 willing artists. Each very distinct and talented and now I've got to finish the scripts.

...whew - what you got cooking Shannon?
