So yes, I haven't been around in a long time... lots of things have happened since the summer of 2008 for me. I moved to Western North Carolina and then back to Central Florida. Got back last night about 10:30pm. Let me tell you, I was not ready to greet that Florida humidity. Ugh.

So, after venturing into the city (mid-town mostly), I woke up today and discovered a rash on both upper arms. Don't know what the hell caused it, but it's weird.

Other than that, I had a great time yesterday in NYC. The NYPD Museum was ok, not as good as I expected actually. I prefer the American Police Museum in Titusville, FL oddly enough. It's much bigger and has more information and what have you.

I'm flying out to NY for the weekend (Fri-Mon) after work on Thursday. Just going to mostly relax, see family and friends and just be in the state that I love more than any other. :)
I also plan on doing a lot of writing and meditation time with just me. I'm really looking forward to this trip, as I usually go out of state nowadays for conventions, and this time there's nothing comic-related about my trip (well ok, I'm sure I'll hit up a comic shop or two :P).
