- I've been a fan of comics since I first started reading, and used to write and draw my own comics when I was a kid, aeons ago (well, 35 years ago).
I haven't drawn in over thirty years, but my writing has improved a lot. I reckon I've got quite a few decent comic book scripts in me, if I put my mind to it. I'd certainly like to give it a try.

- Squadron Supreme (Straczynski's version), The Ultimates (Mark Millar's), Transmetropolitan, Starman (James Robinson's run), Sandman, Marvels, V for Vendetta, Ministry of Space, Miracleman, Dan Dare (the original), Conan (Busiek/Nord), Astro City, anything by Will Eisner, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Appleseed, Usagi Yojimbo, anything by Paul Grist, The Golden Age (James Robinson)... I could go on all night, as I don't have any particular "favourite".
